DIY bananabread: pumpkin spice
After much demand for a pumpkin spice banana bread recipe, the time has come! The pumpkin spice DIY box was born.
The easiest breakfast, snack, dessert ever is simple & quick to prepare, making it foolproof and you always have a great snack on hand. You won't be able to do without your stock of DIY BOXES anymore (I warned you 😏).
Ingredients
Almond flour, buckwheat flour, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, mace, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, bicarbonate, salt.
Gluten-free, lactose-free.

To add
3 ripe bananas, 3 eggs, 180ml applesauce.
Optional for those with a sweet tooth: 50 grams of coconut blossom sugar.
Save
Store in tinfoil or closed in the refrigerator (3 to 7 degrees Celsius).
